Webto reserve a particular grave space by means of a faculty [see section 2.3. below] if there is a good reason for so doing. 2.1.5. The reservation of a grave space, the exercise of a right of burial and the erection of a memorial do not alter the ownership of any part of the churchyard, which remains the legal property of the Incumbent.
