WebJun 1, 2024 · It was dragging the folder. So I copied the name of the folder, deleted it, then did a "new Folder" in the PST and pasted the name in so it was identical. Now mail moves or copies from the OST to the PST just fine. So it seems that that creating a folder in the PST by dragging from the IMAP/OST file caused the problem.
